CEFIC with 2019 SQAS-Audit update!
CEFIC announce updated 2019 questionnaires for SQAS Audits valid as from January 2019 to be used in all SQAS assessments.
Questionnaires SQAS CORE and SQAS Tank Cleaning for all tank cleaning stations are available on SQAS website.
The 'Core' questionnaire is redesigned and will contain 5 instead 3 sections in the future:
1. Management System and responsibilities
2. Risk Management
3. Human Resources
4. On / Off site emergency procedures and response
5. Performance analysis and management review
