EFTCO announced by memorandum an update and improvement of the questionnaire for the EFTCO Food Assessment and added the latest developments in the field of food safety to improve the EFTCO Food Assessment Questionnaire, which was last updated in 2018.
The 2023 questionnaire was compiled with the support of EFTCO’s partners from the food industry, specialized in the field of food safety and supplier auditing. German version
The 2023 questionnaire is now available and can be used.
The use of both the 2018 and the 2023 questionnaire is currently permitted.
The exclusive use of the 2023 questionnaire will be mandatory from July 2023 for all users of the EFTCO Food Assessment.

Future assessments already planned with the 2018 questionnaire can be changed to the 2023 questionnaire upon request.
